What to include in your enquiry

  • The type of document or assignment.
  • The language direction (Polish to English or English to Polish).
  • The intended use and, where relevant, the receiving institution.
  • Your preferred deadline.

You can attach a clear scan or photograph directly to the form. Attachments will be delivered to me as email files. Alternatively, you may email the document later to fiutowski@gmail.com.
